How We Ship Live Discus Overnight

We prepare live discus carefully for overnight FedEx or UPS delivery to all 50 states. Each shipment is packed for the season and is backed by our live arrival guarantee. Please choose a preferred delivery date in the seller note at checkout so we can coordinate the safest arrival window.

Live arrival guarantee and claims: Inspect the box as soon as it arrives. If there is a concern, notify Exotic Discus within 1 hour of delivery. Send a clear photo of the fish in the sealed bag before opening it; the photo and prompt notice help us review a claim. Phone is preferred at 815-557-3966, and you may also email exoticdiscus.sales@gmail.com. Do not discard the packaging or open the sealed bag until we respond.

Weather holds: Extreme heat, cold, storms, and carrier delays can make a shipment unsafe. We may recommend holding an order for a better forecast or carrier day. We will communicate about a weather hold rather than send fish into avoidable risk. Frozen food ships separately from live fish so food remains properly packed and does not affect the fish box.
